Our Department has been formed with the separation of the BME Department of Aeronautics and Naval Architecture. Our scope is ensure a modern engineering education system, which satisfies the industrial demands in the in the fields of aviation and shipping, in the levels of BSc, MSc and PhD.

Our specializations are thermal- and fluid dynamics; turbomachinery; vehicle systems; naval architect, dynamical, control, energetic and environmental protection processes, theoretical- and experimental analysis, 3D modelling, numerical simulation and optimization.
